Sibling Discount: If you have a sibling who has attended RMC in the past, or will be attending at the same time as you, you can receive a 10% discount off your accommodation fees! Make sure to let us know your sibling’s name when applying (simply contact us).


Contract Options


RMC has a variety of contracts that provide more options for students. Here is a brief summary of each option:



Semester Based Contract: This is a contract based on the dates of a Macquarie University undergraduate teaching semester. Members are reimbursed for the intra-semester vacation period if they vacate their room in that time. (Note: SIBT members have a separate SIBT Semester contract option)



45 week contract: This is a one year contract. This is suited for postgraduates and other members who plan to stay at RMC during the university non-teaching periods. The weekly rate for this option provides an approximate 5% reduction from the Semester based contract rate.*
