Contract Options


RMC has a variety of contracts that provide more options for students. Here is a brief summary of each option:



Semester Based Contract: This is a contract based on the dates of a Macquarie University undergraduate teaching semester. Members are reimbursed for the intra-semester vacation period if they vacate their room in that time. (Note: SIBT members have a separate SIBT Semester contract option)



22/24 week contract: This is a half year contract, ideal for postgraduates and other members who plan to stay in College during the university non-teaching periods. The weekly rate for this contact provides a 10% reduction from the 1 Semester contract rate.*



44/48 week contract: This is a one year contract. Again, this is suited for postgraduates and other members who plan to stay at RMC during the university non-teaching periods. The weekly rate for this option provides 15% reduction from the 1 Semester contract rate.*
