The Dean of Students at Robert Menzies College is responsible for the welfare and community of RMC. Working from the office where students are welcome to drop in anytime, the Dean oversees all college events and publications, and is directly involved in issuing academic support. The Dean also supervises the Student Executive, the Senior Residential Tutors and the Academic Tutors. Paul lives with his wife Nicole in ‘A’ Flat.
Paul Yeates
BSc DipEd BTh

The RMC Chaplain is a ‘public Christian’ within the RMC community. This means teaching and living out what it means to follow Jesus Christ in our time and place. RMC welcomes people from any faith or none and we respect this diversity within the College. Our different religious and spiritual backgrounds provide unique opportunities for students to engage and challenge each other deeply about ultimate questions: life, death, God, and what makes life worth living.
Dan Anderson
BA (Hons) BDiv (Hons)
Dan lives in D Flat with his wife Emma and they have a young son (Nat). Dan and Emma met while studying in Canberra at the Australian National University. Emma became a Christian while a member of a residential College there. After a big argument about environmental conservation they fell in love. They are still in love… and still arguing about stuff.
Dan is passionate about understanding the ideas that shape our encounter with each other, with the created world, and fundamentally, with God. He writes: “I love exploring, whether that’s driving through the countryside, snorkelling, or reading books. I have a secret dream of being the first chaplain to the moon. Ultimately, though, I desire to see ‘every thought taken captive for Christ’ – both in myself and in others. What better place to begin than among students at University!”

The Associate Pastor is a member of the RMC residential staff as well as working at Trinity Chapel Macquarie.
David Sandifer
BAPhil(Hons) MDiv MPhil
David lives in ‘N’ Flat with his wife Cathie and daughter Annabelle. In addition to being the Associate Pastor of TCM, David lectures at the School of Christian Studies. His wife Cathie is the female Senior Residential Tutor at RMC.

Under the Dean, the two Senior Residential Tutors supervise the welfare and academic support provided by the Residential Tutors. They are also on hand to provide general assistance and academic advice. Matt and Annie Wilcoxen live in ‘C’ Flat.
