RMC provides on-campus accommodation and academic and pastoral support for students at Macquarie University, in a friendly and stimulating environment. We also offer excellent conference facilities and casual guest accommodation.

Growing RMC


Construction of a new building to add 102 new ensuite rooms, half of which will be self catered, is well underway. This will grow the College membership to over 300 students in 2012. In addition, there will be new modern conference facilities that will benefit the wider community.

At RMC there are four styles of accommodation for you to choose from. There are fully catered or self catered options and you can choose to have a shared bathroom or private ensuite bathroom. RMC is an incorporated not-for-profit residential College affiliated with Macquarie University. We are a university based living and learning community with strong academic and pastoral support for all our members. By enabling our members to engage with the university experience in a supportive context, they have the opportunity to develop academically, socially and spiritually. The College offers many student leadership positions for its members and with our multicultural community it empowers them to become community minded leaders in the ‘global village’.
