Your gift to the RMC Ministry Scholarship equips emerging Christian leaders with the confidence, skills, and faith to lead in real life—in churches, classrooms, and everyday gospel conversations.

we need gospel-shaped leaders

Across Australia, courageous leadership is needed in every sphere—from pulpits to classrooms, workplaces to communities. Church attendance is declining, new church plants are rare, and many local ministries depend on volunteers just to keep going.

In this moment, the need for gospel-shaped leadership has never been greater. We need believers who lead with integrity, compassion, and faith—those who will step up to serve, mentor, and inspire others wherever God calls them.

That’s why the RMC Ministry Scholarship exists: to help raise the next generation of courageous Christian leaders.

What your gift makes possible

Every scholarship multiplies—one student’s growth ripples into many lives.

“I’ve definitely grown in my capacity—learning ministry skills through experience, like leading a discussion group or presenting a youth talk… At Crossroads, we’ve got such a broad mix of people. I’ve learned how to connect with people I probably wouldn’t usually interact with.”
– Bec, RMC Student Leader

Meet Bec: A courageous Christian leader in action

When Bec first came to Robert Menzies College, she was shy and unsure of what university life would hold. She’d just finished the Year 13 program and was serving in kids and youth ministry at her church, but stepping into a new environment felt daunting.

Receiving the RMC Ministry Scholarship encouraged her to choose RMC—and gave her the confidence to begin growing as a Christian leader. She was recognised as someone with a heart for ministry and a desire to share her faith.

Surrounded by mentors and a vibrant Christian community, she began reading the Bible one-on-one with friends—some exploring faith for the first time—and discovered new courage to lead.

Today, Bec leads Bible studies, mentors younger students, provides pastoral care as a Residential Advisor, and continues to grow in ministry through her local church.

“The big thing I’ve been learning is not to do ministry out of my own strength, but through prayer and God’s strength.”

This is the kind of leadership your generosity makes possible.

Give before December 31 to equip the next generation of Christian leaders this Christmas.
