Values-Based Leadership (Vocation Stream)
Discover how the values and purpose you have impact leadership from the inside-out. This unit covers:
- The distinctives of Values-based Leadership;
- How Values relate with Vision, Mission, and Strategy;
- Relationship between individual values and community values
- Awareness of power dynamics of Leadership

Session 1 – Monday 24th November – 10:00 – 11:30 (With Morning Tea)
Session 2 – Wednesday 26th November – 10:00 – 11:00 (With Morning Tea)
Clifton Strengths Finder (Vocation Stream)
Learn more about who you are, what makes you unique, and discover your top 5 strengths. This unit covers:
- Completion of Clifton Strengths Finder;
- A group session with a qualified Clifton Strengths Coach.
Date of Group Coaching: Monday 24th November – 11:30 – 12:30
Price: Normally $35, but $10 after RMC subsidy.
